Coming back to nature’s rhythm by holistic approaches you can connect more deeply to your body and your inner world. Becoming mindful of others, becoming mindful of the environment.

At Yorena Studio we encourage with the holistic approach of yoga, Ayurveda and Reiki the integrated nature of the physical body, emotional body, mind body and spiritual body to gain a deeper awareness and understanding of the whole self

Yorena is dedicated to teaching and sharing the five elements of Yoga (earth, water, fire, air and space) by offering classes (one by one, or group classes), workshops and retreats.

Come and rejuvenate, detox, slow down and regenerate at our studio with beautiful nature around you.

Tapping into the breath of our inner world, is like tapping into the body of the earth and the breath of nature.

Through the practice and experience of Yoga, we begin to live life with more awareness and a greater sense of inner peace. Yoga invites you to connect with your true inner nature.

Kanga Yoga

Kanga Yoga is an energetic, alignment-based flow yoga practice using music, gravity and breath to harmonize your body and mind. It’s influenced by Shivananda (spiritual and grounding), Ashtanga (energizing and uplifting) and Iyengar Yoga (focusing on alignment).

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a beautifully delicious practice that helps us heal both our heart and our mind. It allows us time to sit within ourselves, to just be still, and to notice what the body and mind are telling us.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy deeply relies on a therapeutic relationship and is not confined to the psychological or physical. Instead, it uses traditional yogic models to look at the whole person

Aerial Yoga

If you’ve ever wanted to pretend that you’re in Cirque du Soleil, then you have to try aerial yoga. Aside from being fun, Aerial Yoga can possibly help you heal from physical pain, providing relief from chronic pain and emotional trauma.

Here are some reasons to practice Yin yoga regularly:

  • Improved blood circulation and flexibility
  • Can be practiced almost anywhere
  • It fosters self-love
  • It melts your stress away
  • Enables you to release your demons
  • It gives a fabulous glow
  • It is a meditation for beginners
